Stevi's getting married, its time to party!

I think the pictures say it all.

Bo turns 7 months

Bo has started to:

Crawl to things and pick them up as well as move it to the other hand.

Smiling all the time, especially when she sees mommy and daddy

Giggles often

Pull herself up on EVERYTHING

Put everything in her mouth
Eat solids (she has added peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, puffs)

Put herself to sleep
Sit on her own, and can go from crawling to sitting
Grow some teeth
Started daycare, and making new friends

Some of Bo's favorite things so far are:

Snuggling with soft things to fall asleep

Her thumb

Pistol's tennis balls

Anything she can grab
Mommy, Daddy & Pistol (Wrigley is nice too, but she doesn't seem to care one way or another about her, I think Wrigley likes it that way)
Go to day care, and get picked up by daddy
Mommy coming home from work (you wouldn't know it though because she usually starts crying when she sees me, but stops as soon as I pick her up, and just starts smiling.)

Things Bo doesn't like:

Going to bed

When Mommy and Daddy leave the room
Growing teeth
Wiping her nose or cleaning her face
Sitting still

Bo has also had a runny nose, and is now starting to get a lot of discharge from her ear, so we will be going to the doctor tomorrow to see if it is something we should be worried about.

Bo's 1st Tooth

Bo's tooth finally broke through, and my amazing cousin Heather shared this chart with me so I can track her teeth breaking through.  I will post pictures when she lets me actually look at her tooth long enough to get a picture.  Currently she sticks her tongue over it every time I try.  Silly girl!

6 Month doctor apt (a little late)

Bo is one week shy of her 7 month birthday and I finally was able to get her in to see the doctor.  (which was almost postponed again because her doctor was sick, so we had to go see a new doctor, which I actually think I might like better.)

She got her 6 month shots today, and the doctor was shocked when she asked if she was rolling yet, and I told her she was crawling and pulling herself up on things.  When I asked her how close she was to average and she said she was a good two months ahead of schedule.  Kind of exciting, and makes you feel good as a parent.  I think we might have an athlete on our hands, and she will probably be walking before we know it.

Bo has her first tooth too, you can defiantly see it, but it's taking its sweet time to actually bust through.  Bo doesn't seem to mind though. Her diaper rash has cleared up, and she is far less crabby when you change her diaper.  It is so nice to know that all that craziness was because she was working so hard on that tooth.

I had today off since I have to work all weekend, so when it was time for daddy to come home we waited patiently by the window, it was too cute not to take pictures.  I'm not sure who's more excited though Bo or Pistol.

Teeth?

Poor Bo has had such bad diaper rash, and is nonstop pooping.  I have heard from several people that this is a sign of teething.  I feel like she has been working on these poor teeth forever.  Our daycare even tells us how bad they feel for her (and us). 

On a positive note the only time she is unhappy is when we have to change her diaper. Otherwise she is such a happy and loving baby.

We are finally going to be able to get her 6 month doctor visit along with her shots on Friday; maybe he can give us something that will help with her poor bottom. 

I think it might be the worst feeling in the world as a parent to hear your child cry because they are in pain and you are doing everything you can to help them, and its still not enough.  Our poor baby.

Daddy Droc decides to share his "man cave" plus daycare.

With Bo finding her own way to travel we have had to start moving everything UP and make sure that there are "safe" place for her to play that don't include, wires, plugs, dog toys, or dog dishes.

We had to go get baby gates for all over the house and we even had to move her crib down because she is pulling herself up on everything.  It is adorable, but very scary because now we have to keep a very close eye on her.

Josh decided he wanted to share his basement with his baby girl.

It's nice to have a place for her to play that we don't have to worry about plug-ins, electrical cords, dog toys, or any other non-baby friendly materials.  Plus she loves all of her toys all in one place.

On another note, Bo started her first week of daycare this week at Apple Seed Montessori School and Daycare in Richfield. It was awesome.  I was so proud of myself for not crying when I left her there.  The daycare loves her there, and says that she plays really well with all of the kids, she is eating well and takes great naps.  I think all of her playing is wearing her out though because she went to bed at 7:00pm three nights this week, and I had to wake her up at 7:00am to get her ready for daycare.  I think I can get use to this sleeping thing.

Josh and I are still amazed that we produced such a beautiful, and amazing little girl.
