This year Bo got to dye her first Easter eggs, and get her first real Easter basket. Pyper sure enjoyed watching the whole thing, and I'm sure would have loved to join in the fun.
"NO Sister"
Easter morning we woke up to look for Easter Eggs and hunt for the Easter baskets.

It's sad to think that this tradition of the joy of finding Easter eggs with the older kids might be slowly dwindling, but I will cherish the moments until then.
Sophia is such a great big cousin
I love starting traditions with our kids as well as continuing to foster traditions that Josh and I have had growing up.
When we first moved into our house we quickly put up a crappy fence to just keep the Pistol contained in our yard. It never looked great nor did it increase the value of our home, but it did it's job, until this last winter. Pistol started to jump on the fence and just plop his fat little belly over and start chasing anyone that would dare to walk by our house. Granted, he never wanted to hurt anyone, but it sure was frustrating to to have to chase after him. It also often scared the people that were walking by because even though he's tiny his bark can be a little scary.
So a few weeks ago our neighbor came over to see if Josh would help him take down his privacy fence, and told us we could have it if we wanted it. So, we decided to refurbish it and create a fence over our fence.

We even moved the play set so we could see if from the back door.
Josh woke up one rainy Sunday morning and said he wanted to do craft projects with Bo. I of course jumped on board and helped look up ideas on Pintrest, and started pinning ideas like crazy. So while Pyper and I played Josh and Bo crafted.
